NHS Crisis Mental Health
NHS have launched a new crisis mental health phone line across Essex.
Dial 111 and select the option for mental health crisis (option 2) for immediate and specialist support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

The service is for people aged 18 and over and aims to ensure those in need of support can access it quickly when they need it most. 
Andy Brogan, Chief Operating Officer at Deputy Chief Executive at EPUT, said: "It is vital that people are able to access specialist support without delay when they are experiencing mental health crisis. This service will enable people to do just that."
"Working with colleagues at Clinical Commissioning Groups across Essex, I am pleased that we have been able to launch this service to help people when they need it most."

NHS Vita Health Group
Are you living with a Long Term Condition that is effecting your Mental Health?
VitaMinds are running bespoke courses that provide lots of strategies to help manage mental well-being, long-term condition, and improve the quality of life. All courses are FREE and run over 6 weeks, around 1.5 hours a week, delivered through Microsoft Teams. 
Course topics including:
Living Well with Diabetes (type 1 and 2). Living Well with Respiratory Conditions (incl. COPD, Long Covid and asthma). Living Well with MSK Pain. Living Well with Cardiovascular Disease. Living Well with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Living Well with Long Term Conditions (for any other not previously listed).
